Privacy and website data

The calculator uses the session, traveller counts and room preferences. These anonymous selections may appear in the page address, browser history and shared links. Never add names or contact details to the address.

The website can remember your selected language using a preference cookie. Normal page requests are handled by the hosting services that deliver this website.

Book Now lets you enter a name, email and optional telephone number for local travel plan only. These entries stay in temporary page memory, are not sent or saved by the site, and are cleared when you reload or leave the page.

When you submit the contact form with your consent, the website forwards your name, email, optional phone number, enquiry topic and message to the Academy inbox through its email service. The website does not save enquiry contents to its database or application logs. The Academy’s email provider processes and retains the email. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking. LINE links open an external service. The website does not forward form entries to LINE or store LINE conversations; messages you choose to send there are handled by LINE and Academy customer service.
