Program and booking terms

01 Participation

Learners must be aged 5 or over, and everyone under 18 travels with a parent.

Group classes are arranged by age and English level.

Each room type sets its own guests and sharing: S Resort rooms are only for parents travelling with their children, 2–3 family members to a room, so adults without children cannot choose S Resort; Z Garden Hotel rooms are for one adult learner aged 18 or over; the H Hotel Presidential Suite takes 1–3 guests from your party, families or adults; and J Boutique Hotel sells beds to adult learners aged 18 or over in rooms of up to 6 learners, shared with other learners.

Apart from J Boutique Hotel, we do not place unrelated guests in the same room.

Family and friends are welcome, subject to room availability.

02 The package

The 14-day, 13-night package includes accommodation in the room type you choose, three daily meals, El Nido Airport return transfers and learning materials.

Learners take one-to-one English, group lessons and the Day 12 workplace experience.

Both island days visit Entalula, with voluntary snorkelling, and Day 7 includes Nacpan Beach and the Sea Turtle Center for all companions.

On Day 8, the whole family can volunteer at Paw Rescue’s sterilisation day.

Cooking, fitness, yoga, pickleball and the scheduled gatherings are included.

The package also includes an AI creative workshop in English on the afternoon of Day 10.

Meals on arrival and departure days are the nearest meal appropriate to flight times; please advise dietary needs before travel.

Flights, personal spending, scuba diving, zipline, one-island, one-resort stays and yacht charters are excluded.

An Executive Suite with Ocean View costs an additional $1,000 per occupant for the full program.

At J Boutique Hotel, the price covers the bed, the English lessons, three daily meals and airport transfers; fitness, the Paw Rescue volunteer day and the AI creative workshop are included; the other activities, Nacpan included, can be added for an extra charge.

03 Prices and room types

The full-program fee depends on the room type and is the same for every listed session.

At S Resort it is USD 2,688 per learner and USD 2,188 per non-studying parent in a Deluxe Twin Room or Deluxe King Room; two or three guests use one room, four guests use two, and a third guest may have a free extra bed or share an existing bed.

At Z Garden Hotel a learner pays USD 2,688 for a Double Room with Mountain View; a Queen Room with Sea View adds $200 and a Superior King Room adds $500 for the whole stay, subject to confirmation.

04 Price, payment and cancellation

The price per person in USD is the same whether you book through a partner agent or directly with us.

The payment schedule and cancellation terms are given with your quote.

If your booking is rescheduled, it keeps its original gift entitlement and validity period: the booking date that sets the early-booking offer does not change, the validity period is not extended and no further gift is added.

Gifts already used are not reissued.

If your booking is cancelled, unused gifts lapse.

05 Activities and learning outcomes

Water activities are voluntary.

Coaches may adjust or stop participation for safety.

Guests may stay with a parent or join a staff-led alternative, and weather disruption results in alternative arrangements.

Learning examples do not guarantee fluency, test results or other outcomes.

06 Flight changes

If an airline cancels or changes a flight, or weather such as a typhoon closes the port or airport, and you cannot arrive or leave on the original date, send us the notice from the airline or airport.

We will adjust transfers and check-in to match the actual flight, or move the booking to other dates if places are available.

Extra nights and any change in price follow the terms of your quote.

When the booking moves to other dates, its gift entitlement and validity period stay as section 4 of the terms describes.
