On Day 1, after arrival and settling in, an initial English assessment informs one-to-one lesson planning and group placement.

Individual and group lessons
One-to-one English
A private lesson gives the learner room to ask, repeat and extend an answer without competing for airtime. Children and parents who take lessons have separate lessons, so family members do not have to share one pace or one focus.
Group English lessons
Group classes are arranged by age and English level. Children take turns, listen to new ideas and work on tasks with peers their own age, so speaking English starts to come naturally.
Teachers and learning spaces
Teachers are rigorously screened. One-to-one classrooms, group classrooms and guest rooms are all in the same S Resort building. Learners staying at Z Garden Hotel, J Boutique Hotel or H Hotel come to S Resort for lessons.

AI creative workshop in English
On the afternoon of Day 10, describe ideas and write prompts in English, create with AI tools and share the results.
A day of workplace English
On Day 12, visit an H Hospitality Group hotel or restaurant and practise welcoming guests, introducing facilities and restaurant service in English with a professional team. Enrolled learners take roles suited to their age, English level and the day’s operations.

Children must be aged 5 or over, and anyone under 18 travels with a parent. At J Boutique Hotel, fitness, the Paw Rescue volunteer day and the AI creative workshop are included; the other activities can be added for an extra charge.
