Program and booking terms

Under-15s must travel with a parent. From age 15, learners may travel with people they already know. Enrolment parties and accommodation are never pooled with strangers; formal group classes are arranged by age and level.

The 13-day, 12-night package includes accommodation, three daily meals, El Nido Airport return transfers and learning materials. Each learner receives 32 1 on 1 plus 4 formal group classroom hours across eight learning days. Included experiences are cooking, group fitness classes, yoga, pickleball, two island days including an Entalula stop, snorkeling and freediving, and the teacher-led welcome, summer gathering and closing celebration; these experiences are separate from the 36 classroom hours. The package includes three meals daily. On arrival day, the nearest meal is provided according to your arrival time. Please tell us about any dietary requirements before your trip. On departure day, the nearest meal before your departure is provided according to your departure time. Flights, transfers outside El Nido Airport, personal expenses, scuba diving, zipline, private-island stays and yacht charters are excluded. The Executive Suite with Ocean View is not in the base price; a selected suite adds USD 1,000 per occupant for the full program.

Students cost USD 2288 each and non-studying parents USD 1788 each, for every listed session. Rooms are estimated at up to three guests per room. A session's 25-room capacity is not a statement of current availability. Two or three guests use one room; four guests use two. Choose a Deluxe Twin Room or Deluxe King Room. A third guest may have a free extra bed or share an existing bed.

A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms a future booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. The paid deposit can move to new dates if you notify us at least one calendar month before arrival. It is not refundable. Payment is not enabled in this travel planner, and no amount is due now.

Water activities are voluntary. Coaches may adjust or stop participation for safety. Guests may stay with a parent or join a staff-led alternative, and weather disruption results in alternative arrangements. Learning examples do not guarantee fluency, test results or other outcomes.
